Remake of an old drawing :3

I suddenly wanted to re-do a drawing I made some past years for a friend.I used the same sketch ( the one I used in 2011) for is B-day.Also hope that she likes this other version :3
I still didn't improve much.It's far beyond perfect But I'm still happy that I had changed in this past years.
It would be really nice If anyone has a polite critic or comment! there's still lots of things to learn. And I'm still thinking in a way to do "good looking" background and be more detalistic with shadows and lights.
